Michael Mellor-Clark
Upperton Pharma Solutions, a leading UK-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), has appointed Michael Mellor-Clark as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), continuing its strategic growth.
This move follows the development of a new sterile manufacturing facility and marks an exciting new phase in the company’s expansion.
Michael will collaborate closely with Upperton’s leadership team and board to shape the commercial strategy, driving the company’s growth in sterile delivery and commercial manufacturing across the EU and US markets.
With over 25 years of experience, Michael has led commercial operations and integrated business development in international markets, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. He joins Upperton from Concept Life Sciences, PathoQuest, and BioReliance (Merck KGaA), where he held senior roles, bringing a wealth of expertise to this pivotal position.
