Jason Moore
Uniquity Bio, a clinical-stage drug development company focused on immunology and inflammation and backed by Blackstone Life Sciences, has appointed Jason Moore as Senior Vice President, Regulatory & Quality.
Mr. Moore brings extensive biopharmaceutical experience across multiple therapeutic areas and stages of clinical development, with a track record of advancing drug development programs toward regulatory and commercial success. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at Nefro Avillion Clinical Development.
His appointment strengthens Uniquity Bio’s leadership team as the company prepares for the potential late-stage development of its lead asset, solrikitug. The highly potent monoclonal antibody targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and is being evaluated in Phase II trials for asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), with topline data expected this year.
