Bradley Campbell
Travere Therapeutics, Inc. has announced a planned leadership transition, with Bradley L. Campbell appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Campbell will succeed Eric Dube, Ph.D., who is stepping down as President and CEO to focus on his health and family. Dube will continue in his current role through November 30, 2026, and will remain with Travere as Executive Advisor through February 15, 2027, supporting the transition.
Dube has led Travere since becoming President and CEO in January 2019. During his tenure, the company developed into a rare disease-focused organization, securing regulatory approvals in IgA nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). He also oversaw the expansion of Travere’s pipeline and capabilities while strengthening its focus on patients and performance.
Campbell brings more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with much of his career focused on rare diseases. He spent nearly two decades at Amicus Therapeutics, holding positions of increasing responsibility before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2022.
During his tenure as CEO, Amicus achieved commercial growth and expanded from a single-product company into a global rare disease organization with multiple franchises. Before joining Amicus, Campbell held commercial and business development roles at Genzyme and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Campbell currently serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including the Advisory Board of the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy. His appointment is expected to bring extensive rare disease commercialization and business leadership experience to Travere as the company continues advancing its portfolio.
