Susan R. Salka
Parexel, has announced the appointment of Susan R. Salka, former CEO and President of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., to its Board of Directors.
With over 30 years of leadership in healthcare and staffing, Ms. Salka brings extensive experience in C-suite roles, finance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, further strengthening Parexel’s focus on patient-first initiatives and growth strategies.
Ms. Salka led AMN Healthcare from 2005 to 2022, overseeing its transformation into the nation's largest healthcare workforce solutions provider. Under her leadership, AMN successfully completed more than 20 acquisitions and gained recognition for its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

In addition to her role at AMN, Ms. Salka has served on the Board of Directors of McKesson Corporation since 2014 and previously held board positions at Beckman Coulter and Playtex. She is also Honorary Consul to Guatemala, promoting trade and humanitarian initiatives between the U.S. and Guatemala. Ms. Salka holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Chadron State College.
