Bob Rodebaugh
Gannet BioChem, a leading specialty chemical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), has appointed Bob Rodebaugh to Vice President of Technology, further strengthening the company’s executive team to support growth, innovation, and enhanced customer collaboration.
In his new role, Rodebaugh will lead process development, analytical development, and program management, ensuring that clients benefit from a seamless and integrated approach throughout the drug development lifecycle. His leadership will play a vital role in advancing Gannet BioChem’s mission of providing high-quality, end-to-end CDMO services that accelerate innovation for pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners.
Rodebaugh brings extensive CDMO expertise, having successfully guided teams through complex development and manufacturing challenges. Most recently, he oversaw Gannet BioChem’s Huntsville manufacturing operations, where he was instrumental in driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. His promotion reflects both his strong technical acumen and proven ability to align innovation with customer needs.
Rodebaugh holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Duke University, equipping him with deep scientific knowledge and technical leadership to support Gannet BioChem’s expanding portfolio of services.
