Gabriella Gentile
Symeres, a leading global Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), has appointed Gabriella Gentile as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This strategic addition to the executive team supports Symeres’ transatlantic growth ambitions and strengthens its capabilities in both existing and novel modalities.
Gabriella brings over 25 years of international experience across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and services industries, having held senior leadership roles at Catalent, Roche, and Aptuit. Her career highlights include leading major transformation programs focused on operational performance, lean methodologies, and change management.
In her new role, Gabriella will oversee the transformation of Symeres’ global operations, expanding capabilities across the pharmaceutical value chain from early development to investigational new drug (IND) programs. She will focus on aligning business operations with measurable performance outcomes, reinforcing Symeres’ commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Most recently, Gabriella served as Global Improvement Director at Catalent, developing and implementing standardized operational frameworks across multiple sites. Before that, she worked as an independent consultant on global change and operational excellence programs, helping organizations enhance performance and execute strategic initiatives.
Her appointment represents a key step in Symeres’ expansion strategy, positioning the company as a global biotechnology leader, bridging European innovation with the American market.
