Marvin Gee
3T Biosciences, an immunotherapy company pioneering T-cell receptor (TCR)-based therapeutics for solid tumors and immune-mediated diseases, announced two key leadership appointments to advance its pipeline toward clinical development.
Marvin Gee, Ph.D., a co-founder of 3T, has been promoted to Chief Research Officer, and Barbara Sennino, Ph.D., has joined as Senior Vice President and Head of Early Development.
Dr. Gee, who previously served as Vice President and Head of Research, has been instrumental in the development of the company’s proprietary 3T-TRACE™ and 3T-PRIME™ platforms. With over a decade of experience spanning TCR biology, immunology, protein engineering, bioinformatics, and machine learning, Dr. Gee has led efforts that form the backbone of 3T’s research and discovery capabilities.
He earned his Ph.D. in immunology from Stanford University, working under Dr. K. Christopher Garcia, and his B.S. from Caltech, where he conducted research with Nobel Laureate Dr. David Baltimore. His scientific leadership has been recognized by Forbes' 30 under 30 in Healthcare and Endpoints News’ 20 under 40 in Biopharma.
Joining 3T as SVP and Head of Early Development, Dr. Sennino brings extensive expertise in translational medicine and early-stage drug development. Her appointment reflects 3T’s growing focus on advancing candidates from research into the clinic.
Together, these leadership enhancements strengthen 3T’s scientific foundation and position the company for its next phase of growth in developing transformative immunotherapies.
