Jeffrey Shane
Experic, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and clinical trial supply services provider serving the biopharmaceutical industry, has appointed Jeffrey Shane as Chief Commercial Officer.
Mr. Shane brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and equipment innovation. He previously served as President of Harro Höfliger, a globally recognized equipment manufacturer and Experic’s long-standing strategic equipment partner. Since Experic’s launch in 2018, Mr. Shane has also contributed to the company’s growth as a member of its Board of Directors.
During his leadership at Harro Höfliger, the company cemented its reputation as a premier equipment supplier for the life sciences industry. He spearheaded the expansion of its business beyond equipment manufacturing, introducing a Pharma Services Division that supported clients across the development-to-commercialization continuum. The recognition of an unmet need for clinical trial materials solutions ultimately inspired the creation of Experic, underscoring the close and complementary relationship between the two organizations.
Experic’s strategic partnership with Harro Höfliger continues to play a central role in its operations, equipping the company’s state-of-the-art New Jersey facility with cutting-edge capsule filling and inhalation drug development platforms, as well as advanced packaging systems. These capabilities allow Experic to deliver flexible, scalable, and high-quality solutions tailored to its clients’ needs in an increasingly complex biopharmaceutical landscape.
In his new role, Mr. Shane will focus on advancing Experic’s commercial strategy, deepening customer relationships, and expanding market opportunities to further position the company as a trusted partner in clinical and commercial drug development.
