Brendan P. O'Grady
Nasus Pharma Ltd, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative intranasal products, has appointed pharmaceutical industry veteran Brendan P. O'Grady as Chief Executive Officer. The leadership transition, will occur, with Mr. O'Grady succeeding Dan Teleman.
Mr. O'Grady brings more than three decades of global pharmaceutical leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, business development, commercialization, market access, strategic partnerships, and global product launches. He has led multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical businesses, developed global commercialization strategies, established strategic partnerships, and driven growth across publicly traded healthcare companies.
Mr. O'Grady spent 21 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals in various commercial leadership roles, ultimately serving as CEO of Teva USA and Executive Vice President of North America Commercial. He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Assertio Holdings.
His board and advisory experience includes serving as a director of telehealth company American Well Corporation (Amwell) from 2015 to 2021, where he chaired the Compensation Committee and served on the IPO Committee. He also served on the United States Department of Commerce’s U.S. Investment Advisory Council from August 2019 through June 2021.
As CEO, Mr. O'Grady will lead Nasus Pharma’s next phase of growth, with an initial focus on unlocking the commercial potential of NS002, advancing the company’s pipeline and business development initiatives, and maximizing the value of its proprietary Nasax® intranasal technology platform.
Mr. O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University’s School of Professional and Graduate Studies.
