Epigenica Introduces New Epigenetics Platform and Pioneering ChIP-seq Kit for Comprehensive Genome Profiling

Epigenica has launched the EpiFinder™ Platform, incorporating its patented hmqChIP-seq technology for high-throughput, multiplexing ChIP-seq applications.

The flagship product, EpiFinder Genome, is the first commercial kit that allows simultaneous profiling of up to eight markers across 24 samples or independent replicates, providing quantitative data for biomedical research, drug discovery, diagnostics, and precision medicine.

EpiFinder's technology addresses current limitations in epigenetics research by combining multiplexing and high-throughput screening in a single product, enabling researchers to conduct large-scale experiments more efficiently. The platform includes proprietary LACODE technology for improved DNA barcoding, enhancing the quality of data collected.

EpiFinder Genome can produce 192 genome-wide profiles much faster than traditional methods, allowing for quantitative comparisons among multiple markers. The kit also features advanced barcoding to reduce background noise and increase specificity. An open-source analysis software is included to help researchers manage and interpret the extensive quantitative data generated.

Additional benefits of the EpiFinder Genome kit include:

  • High-quality data output
  • Simple pooled workflow (3-day, 14-hour hands-on)
  • Low sample requirement (1 million cells/sample for profiling)
  • Validation involving a range of cell types and tissue samples.
  • Consistent and reproducible results

The kit is designed to be accessible for labs with limited experience in ChIP-seq, enabling them to obtain high-quality data with minimal time investment.
