Novo Nordisk to Expand Clinical Manufacturing Facilities in Denmark
Introduction:
The expansion of existing buildings in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, will cost Novo Nordisk US $0.77 billion.
Features:
The plans also include the construction of a new plant located in the extension of the existing facilities.
The investment will create more R&D manufacturing capability for our global clinical trials' active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). These additions will give Novo Nordisk the ability to expand its future oral and injectable product line.
The investment project will add about 160 new jobs when it is finalized in 2024.
