Innate Pharma Announces the Progression of the Clinical Trial Evaluating NK Cell Engager SAR443579 / IPH6101 Developed by Sanofi to Phase 2 in Various Blood Cancers

Innate Pharma SA (Euronext Paris: IPH; Nasdaq: IPHA) (“ Innate ” or the “ Company ”) today announces that the first patient has been treated in the Phase 2 dose expansion study ( NCT05086315 ). , led by Sanofi, evaluating SAR443579/IPH6101 as a monotherapy for the treatment of hematologic cancers with unmet medical need, including relapsed/refractory acute myelogenous leukemia, B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.

SAR443579, a trifunctional NK Cell Engager targeting CD123 and co-engaging NKp46 and CD16 receptors, is from a collaboration between Innate Pharma and Sanofi. SAR443579 has been granted Fast Track designation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. The efficacy and safety results from the dose escalation portion of the trial were presented in a poster at the American Society of Hematology 2 (ASH) 2023 Annual Meeting in San Diego (United States).
