Visiox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has announced a definitive merger agreement with Ocuvex Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held ophthalmic pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative therapies for glaucoma and other eye disorders. Ocuvex brings a strong pipeline of near-term ophthalmic treatments to the table. This strategic merger is expected to position the combined entity as a rising leader in the eye care sector with a dynamic portfolio of ophthalmic medicines.
