PostEra and Amgen Collaborate on Research Using Artificial Intelligence for Small Molecule Therapeutics Discovery

PostEra, a biotechnology company specializing in artificial intelligence for preclinical drug discovery, has recently announced a comprehensive collaboration with Amgen, a prominent biotechnology company.

This collaboration aims to utilize PostEra's AI platform, Proton, a groundbreaking advancement in generative chemistry and synthesis-aware design, in conjunction with Amgen's expertise in drug discovery. The joint effort is set to advance up to five small molecule programs. Additionally, as part of the collaboration, Amgen will gain access to some of PostEra's key AI technologies for its internal programs, extending beyond the initial collaboration.

The agreement encompasses upfront funding, milestone payments, and royalties on all approved products resulting from the collaborative efforts.
