OmniAb Announces Global Collaboration and Licence Agreement with Eli Lilly for Ion Channel Programme

OmniAb has entered into a global collaboration and licence agreement with Eli Lilly and Company for a new ion channel discovery programme.
The collaboration will use OmniAb’s technology platform and expertise in ion channel discovery and screening to support the development of potential new therapeutics.
Under the agreement, OmniAb will receive an upfront payment and could receive up to $370 million in research, development and commercial milestone payments. The company is also eligible for tiered royalties on global net sales of products resulting from the collaboration.
The therapeutic target and treatment modality covered by the agreement have not been disclosed.
