Delos Capital and AP Biosciences partner to launch biotech companies for next-generation antibody development

Delos Capital and AP Biosciences, Inc. have announced a strategic collaboration to establish and incubate new biotechnology companies focused on developing next-generation antibody therapies.
The partnership will initially concentrate on discovering and developing immune-related drug candidates and advancing them through early clinical proof-of-concept studies.
The collaboration combines Delos Capital’s experience in building and managing biotechnology companies with AP Biosciences’ integrated research and development capabilities and operational expertise in Greater China. The companies said the model is designed to support faster and more cost-efficient progress from early research concepts to clinical-stage assets.
Under the agreement, Delos Capital, through its Delos Foundry platform, will oversee therapeutic concept development, financing and strategic growth. AP Biosciences will provide its proprietary antibody discovery platform and translational development expertise, drawing on its experience in advancing molecules from discovery to Phase 3 clinical studies.
The companies said the partnership aims to create a scalable and capital-efficient approach for transforming innovative biologics concepts into clinically validated programmes.
