Biolojic Design Partners with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany for Multi-Target Drug Discovery Collaboration

Biolojic Design, a biotechnology company that harnesses computational biology and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop intelligent medicines from antibodies, has entered into a collaboration with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, for multi-target drug discovery. The partnership aims to utilize Biolojic Design’s AI-driven platform to create therapeutic antibodies targeting cancer and immunological disorders.

As part of the agreement, Biolojic Design will receive an upfront payment and research funding from Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, along with potential milestone payments totaling up to €346 million and tiered royalties on net product sales.
