Julia Bushell

In her elevated role, Bushell will oversee all aspects of Tobin Scientific’s quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines and ISO 9001:2015 standards. She will continue to drive continuous improvement across the company’s service lines while strengthening regulatory frameworks that support Tobin Scientific’s mission of safeguarding product integrity and exceeding client expectations.
Bushell has played a critical role in advancing Tobin Scientific’s quality management systems and reinforcing its reputation for operational excellence. Her leadership has been pivotal in scaling the company’s compliance infrastructure to support growth and evolving customer needs.
With an extensive background in the life sciences sector, Bushell brings both technical expertise and proven leadership in quality assurance. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Her career reflects a consistent record of implementing robust quality systems that ensure reliability, compliance, and innovation across complex operational environments.
