IMIDomics Inc. has recently announced a strategic partnership with WuXi Biologics, a global Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization. This collaboration aims to expedite the development and manufacturing of IMIDomics IMB1001, a promising humanized antibody targeting CD226, an innovative target with the potential to treat Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases (IMIDs).
Under the terms of this agreement, WuXi Biologics will offer comprehensive support in Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC) development and current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) manufacturing services for IMIDomics IMB1001. For IMIDomics, this partnership signifies a crucial milestone in their rapidly expanding pipeline of treatments for IMIDs, utilizing their proprietary Clinical Discovery Engine™. This multidimensional, data-driven platform aids in uncovering the underlying mechanisms of IMIDs.
